BRYC held a graduation ceremony for the Class of 2012 in Central, Louisiana on Sunday, May 19^th at the Boys Hope Girls Hope’s 50-acre property. More than 70 Fellows, family members, and BRYC Alumni celebrated the Class of 2012′s stellar accomplishments. Thanks to the parents. months of planning and fundraising, everyone enjoyed the crawfish boil, music, and general merriment.

At the event’s conclusion, each graduating Fellow received a leather padfolio inscribed with the BRYC logo, thanks to the donation of Southern Strategy lobbyist Mr. Rodney Braxton. We would like to thank all of our supporters, mentors, parents, and, most importantly, the Fellows who have made this year a success. When asked of BRYC’s greatest impact on their lives, more than 40% of BRYC Fellows answered that they felt more confident and better able to advocate for themselves. We are so proud of our graduating Fellows and cannot wait to see all that they achieve throughout college and beyond!
