Fellows take responsibility for their actions. They honor their commitments and do what is expected of them. They are dependable and trustworthy.

Fellows are receptive to and hungry for new ideas, perspectives, and experiences. They do not judge others and willingly share their own unique personalities with their communities.
Principled
Fellows demonstrate strong character and a steady moral compass. Their values do not depend on the circumstance or opportunity for personal gain. They demonstrate a contagious integrity: an authentic commitment to serve the common good, which encourages others to do the same.
