Keiron joined the BRYC team in January 2022 as a work-study tech assistant and transitioned into her current role as Fellow recruitment and operations coordinator in August 2025. In this role, she supports the director of operations and director of recruitment by managing day-to-day logistics and helping recruit, admit, and welcome new Fellows into the BRYC Community.

Originally from Tallulah, La., Keiron will graduate from Louisiana State University in December 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in general business. During her time at LSU, a management course project with a local nonprofit sparked her interest in operations and recruitment by showing her how behind-the-scenes systems and intentional talent selection can shape an organization’s success. Keiron loves traveling, spending time with her family, and staying active at the gym. She is also a proud dog mom to her pup, Puncho, who fills her days with energy and joy whenever they’re together.
