Dani Klein, Director of Curriculum
Dani received a B.A. from Florida International University in English and Spanish, with a minor in education. In Miami, she served with the Americorps program City Year to deliver reading interventions to students in a local elementary school. After her time in Florida, Dani earned an M.A. from Marquette University in English literature. She then spent a year in Madrid, Spain examining international curriculum through the Fulbright Program. She most recently worked as a high school English teacher through Teach For America and is now pursuing a doctorate in curriculum and instruction at LSU. Her academic interests include examining inherent power structures in various curricula and supporting whole-child, meaningful learning through progressive pedagogy. She is eager to support the transformative work that BRYC does.
