On October 4, BRYC celebrated the return of fully vaccinated Fellows to a refreshed, newly teched-out campus complete with 50-inch screens, updated furnishings, and core values signage. Senior Fellow Lauren Dukes noted that talking and laughing face to face was a huge motivator. “I’ve missed my BRYC family and can’t wait to work together in person for my last year,” she said. Virtual program options remain, plus a hybrid version that pairs in-person Fellows with out-of-state volunteers. BRYC has evolved beyond the brick-and-mortar, and the innovations are here to stay.
