The BRYC Way

For 15 years, BRYC has been researching and refining our methods for preparing students to succeed in high school, college, and in the workplace. We offer electric, highly effective after-school programs tailored to Fellows’ grade levels and goals, as well as meaningful outside-the-classroom support. Because each program is only 75 minutes, Fellows, staff, and mentors go hard, maximizing every opportunity to grow.

Core Values

Woven into every aspect of our curriculum, a blend of love and rigor that underscores the habits we hope Fellows will build while in BRYC.

HUSTLE: GO HARD

Master the material
Plan and execute
Invest in passions

INTEGRITY: BE JUST

BRYC Programs: A proven path to college graduation

BRYC’s core programs are designed to build upon each other. While Fellows are welcome to join at the beginning of 8th through 12th grade, Fellows who attend for consecutive years and remain connected through college will experience cumulative academic and personal benefits.

How It Works

Fellows come to BRYC one assigned day per week for two grade-specific programs led by dedicated BRYC team members and supported by trained mentors. Programs take place Monday-Thursday during the school year from 4:30-7:15pm. Fellows are welcome (and encouraged!) to come to BRYC outside of program time to do homework, socialize, or attend tutoring and counseling appointments. In summer, BRYC offers optional activities like an ACT bootcamp and senior retreat.
