Making Their Mark

At Tennessee’s Rhodes College, Mia-Miracle Craig was one of only two seniors to receive the Algernon Sydney Sullivan Award for “giving selflessly to the college and others.” In snowy Minnesota, Ebony Johnson was among seven scholars chosen from Macalester College’s 2,000+ student body for the Hamre Leadership Award, which recognizes those who have promoted Macalester’s mission and values. Mia-Miracle and Ebony were also Bonner Scholars, a national program that provides scholarships in exchange for students’ weekly commitment to intensive and meaningful service.
