Jonathan’s (Belaire ’11, Morehouse ’16) new position represents 5+ years of steadily growing his knowledge of the energy sector alongside management and operations expertise. “I wasn’t a people person at the beginning,” Jonathan said. “That came from making connections with others who shared my professional interests and learning to be vulnerable.” Now, Jonathan’s a star at client relations and team leadership. For BRYC alums just starting their careers, he advises “following your own cadence” and not worrying about having everything figured out. Most importantly: “Never be afraid to experiment.”
