Lauren joined BRYC in June 2025 as a learning manager. In this role, she supports 8–10th-grade Fellows in developing academic confidence and strengthening self-regulated learning skills. She also works with 11th-grade Fellows to build ACT readiness through academic coaching and preparation.

Lauren’s BRYC journey began in 2023 as a volunteer mentor, when she discovered her passion for youth development and BRYC’s mission to empower students. A proud Louisiana native, Lauren earned a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in sociology from Louisiana State University. During her time at LSU, she deepened her interest in education policy and nonprofits, which led her to pursue a master’s degree in public administration at LSU, where she is currently enrolled. Outside of BRYC, Lauren enjoys reading, exploring new coffee shops, and spending quality time with friends and family.
