Ni'Ja Bryant (she/her)

Learning Manager, In-School

Ni’Ja joined BRYC in July 2025 as an in-school learning manager, helping to pioneer BRYC’s credit-bearing ACT elective course at 10 schools and provide wrap-around support for all BRYC Fellows.

Ni’Ja holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Southern University and A&M College and is working toward master’s degrees in business administration and leadership from Grand Canyon University (Phoenix, Ariz.) Prior to joining BRYC, she was a 10th-grade biology instructor at Madison Preparatory Academy and a 4–6th-grade science and math teacher with Inspire Charter Academy and Geo Prep Academy. She also served a site coordinator and youth development specialist with Boys & Girls Club of America.

Outside of BRYC, Ni’Ja is an active member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. (Baton Rouge chapter).
