Chief of Staff Josh Howard named a Distinguished Young Alumni by LSU’s A.P. Tureaud Sr. Black Alumni Chapter

Already a BRYC legend, Josh Howard can now claim the same at his alma mater. Created in 2022, the Distinguished Young Alumni Award celebrates alumni under 39 who have demonstrated “emerging and unique innovation, creativity, or success in their chosen career.” Josh received the award at a reception on October 13 that also honored Dr. Treva Brown (Distinguished Young Alumni) and Collis Temple Jr. (LSU Legend). In his acceptance speech, Josh shared, “LSU is not where I figured out what I want to be; that process is ongoing. Instead, it’s where I learned who I want to be – a person whose existence is a net-positive for others.”
