College Fellow Roshad Charles (Madison Prep ’21) was recently elected to Centre College student government. One month after becoming a Colonel, Roshad’s (Madison Prep ’21) leadership and diplomacy skills inspired his peers to name him a first-year class representative, trusting him to speak for the class’s needs surrounding student life. Centre’s Student Government Association oversees nearly 90 student organizations; whenever groups propose an addition, Roshad helps determine its relevance and value. Roshad said he’s focused on supporting clubs that benefit campus culture, and he’s committed to ensuring his fellow first-years have a say in proposing solutions and amending policies that impact all Colonels.
