BRYC ranks second overall on The NonProfit Times’ 2026 list of “Best NonProfits to Work For” in the U.S. In its accompanying report, NPT noted that job satisfaction at nonprofits has been on the decline since 2023, while employee engagement in general has fallen four percentage points. During that same period, BRYC earned nine distinctions for workplace excellence at the local and national levels. “We’ve worked hard to foster an environment where talented people enjoy bringing their gifts to bear in service of Fellows and families,” shared Chief of Staff Josh Howard. “It’s the impact we make that yields real, long-term satisfaction.”
