BRYC made Greater Baton Rouge Business Report’s annual Best Places to Work list for the fifth year in a row. Ranking third among small businesses and 10th overall, BRYC is proud to be recognized again for a professional culture rooted in trust and commitment to core values and habits. “Culture-building never ends. Our organizations are organisms, in need of constant care and attention,” said Executive Director Lucas Spielfogel. “There can never be a time a leader takes culture for granted.” The distinction bookends a banner year in which BRYC was named a 2024 best nonprofit to work for in the U.S. by The NonProfit Times.
